Just noticed some small showings of rust on my 2003 Disco SE with factory warranty until June 27th. Does land rover have a corrosion warranty? Is it the same as the 4yr/50,000miles? The rust is on the pillar post welds, where the pillar is welded to the roof. Are these trucks susceptible to rust?My 2000 Mercedes had a 10yr corrosion warranty as long as the panel/part hadn't been repaired/repainted.

 

Pull out your owners manual, there is a section in there regarding rust.
