My rant for the day is about the crappy website that Lucky8 has. Completely FUBAR. If they could make the site usable I would actually buy stuff there.

Their site ain’t all that bad — I find ABs site more annoying.

Give them a call seriously — I’ve dealt with Steve and Erik, both really cool.

i like the layout but the search function has massive holes in it. 9 times out of 10 if i can't find an item on the website i can call and Steve or Erik can find it. they do always seem a little surprised that what i'm looking for is missing from the website.

i do like working with them, though. they have great prices and ship quickly and they support the LR community.

I call them too, and, they give forum members a small discount, so it beats ordering online anyway.
I have nothing but good to say about Lucky8.
If I had to pay the competition's ridiculous prices, I never would've fixed my Disco.

I am perfectly fine with them keeping prices low and not hiring on a Programmer and User Interface Web Design Consultant.

They let me rant to them a bit, it’s cathartic. Did it this morning.

A fair amount of time the pictures will not load, however, their prices and free shipping will keep me coming back!

I just ordered from Lucky8 last week. Eric was easy and pleasant to work with. Their website may not be great, but they are helpful, provide good prices and fast shipping. Its in our interest to see Lucky 8, AB, and Roversnorth continue to do well. So do support them. No issues with any of them. All good people and businesses.

I have seen worse sites - that is just how it is. Although I have not ordered from them, I sent an email about some suspension parts I was donated to ensure everything would work together.

They responded in about 10 -15 minutes - that is pretty solid service by me. I can live with a less than perfect web site, as long email and phone works well.
