I might be alone on this but I still like having a voice or face that I know when I call for parts. Maybe it's from my days off working a parts counter myself that I like the human interaction.

It's so much easier to establish a relationship with a company by phone than just clicking "Add to Cart".

 

Made some amazing friends that way
