Justin is THE MAN!!! Received my driveshaft on Tuesday evening and had it installed Wednesday. Now my trucks stutter between 30-50mph is GONE! When I examined the old driveshaft I noticed a chip missing from one of the u-joints. I'm pretty sure it was getting ready to self destruct. I'm so glad this forum recommended Lucky8.

I think the terrafirma rims are 7" wide instead of the 8" wide that most of the stock d2 rims are. a 235/85R16 would fit 7" rims better than 8", so that's probably a pretty good choice. But as I said in the other post, I'm kind of partial to the skinnier tires on Land Rovers.

A 265/75R16 and a 238/85R16 are both about 32" tall.

You are correct, they are 7" wide normal, 8" wide with the beadlock kit fitted. That is the main reason I am buying a set, the 255/85s that I bought want a skinnier wheel.

pros and cons over a 265 75 16 and a 285 75 16?
