Lucky8 Ignition Retrofit
Has Anyone done this, and if so any instructions/how-to's maybe already posted someone could direct me to?

This one looks different that what Atlantic British is selling, seems likes its missing the wiring? Can I follow the video AB has on the install?

I installed this on mine a couple years ago. It looks like it’s missing wires because it is. Your original unit requires you to have the key in the ignition to shift out of park. This part does not accommodate that function and therefore doesn’t have the wiring. Still a straight forward install, there is a connection you won’t use that plugged into the original unit. Just zip tie it to keep it out of the way when you are reinstalling the steering column cowl.
I was having trouble with my worn out keys engaging properly. Had to fidgit around to get it to turn. So, I dismantled the mechanism, filed down some of the brass parts a bit, deleted the key-in lever. Now it is smooth as silk, yet my other LR key does not activate, so it still functions well for security. It's fairly complex and took some head scratching to figure out all the mechanical bits, but it is able to be repaired rather than replaced, and keep the key same as the doors. I did not use shear bolts to re-assemble to the steering shaft, rather used regular bolts from the hardware store, so I guess I'm more at risk of thievery.

I have done this but now the key can be removed in position 'I'. The idiots at the parking garage continually leave the car with the key in position 'I' and run down the battery. So I am basically idiot-proofing this for the goons at the garage.
I have done this, no worries, just follow the video information. Remember that this key also has no built in "fob" so you will need to continue to use the old key for for fob/door and this new key for the ignition.
When I filed down the tumbler, I only touched the tabs that were slightly high with the key fully in. So, it continued to work normally to retain the key in all positions except zero (0). Once all the tabs are flush with the key in, no more filing is needed. Then I used a dab of silicon caulk to retain the side pin that holds the barrel in place.
