magnecor wire install
Well my hat is off to anyone who changed their own spark plug *wires. I spent three maybe four hours yesterday attempting to change mine. Ive got more knuckles skinned that not, not to mention swollen wrists. Damn those a/c lines. Anyways, is there an easy way to get the 3rd plug *wirein, other than patience. Its the one on the bottom left middle when laying on top. I got all the rest. I tried the cold beer trick, tonight i might have to try hard liquor, my hands are pretty raw. Thanks in advance.

Hopefully my wires will be here soon. I'll let you know. I'm thinking a set of long reach 90 deg. needle nose pliers might be helpful at some point. Usually patience and a little creativity are the best things you can have. As soon as you get frustrated and start throwing stuff, that's when you know it's time for a break. You could always grab the nearest kid around with small hands and arms, they usually like to get dirty.

Thanks for the ideas ill be making a trip to sears after work. Patience is definatly your best friend. I dont have kids so thats out. However, my girlfriend is pretty small, might take some coercion to get her help though.
I got my wires from www.apexperformance.netfor $70 before the price went up. I think they might still be under $100.

RE: magnecor wire install
I just replaced mine in 1.5 hr. That was with really taking my time and helping a buddy replace his brakes at the same time. I found that I had totake offall of the old wiresfrom the coil first, ( rather than replacing one wire at a time like you should do) so that I had plenty of room to install the new bottom wires. I don't think that I could have done it one wire at a time. It also helped a lot to unclip the wiring harness running along the firewalland move it out of the way.
