I had odd bank misfires on my 99. They went away with two new o2 sensors before the cats.

Bump. Were you able to confirm what the fix was for your misfires?

I'm currently experiencing the same thing, but on the drivers side. I've removed the upper manifold and next is the valve covers thinking it's a gasket issue or injector issue. Coils seem fine but cylinder 1 spark plug was in rough shape compared to the others. The lower intake valve #1 has lots of build up on the walls. While I'm at it I'll also swap O2 sensors but I'm kind of lost to finding the culprit.

Misfires all on one side of the engine indicate a bad O2 sensor to me, even if you are not getting O2 codes.

That's what a lot of members have been saying. (Un)fortunately, I decided to dig into the manifold and valve covers before checking the sensors off my list first. I'll just take this as an opportunity to get more acquainted with my motor and inspect the rocker assemblies/gaskets.
