Are you sure you haven't crossed a couple of wires?

 

I jumped the gun on posting my problem. I went out after getting on the computer and double checked the wires to find that I was a dumbass and crossed 5 and 6. For some reason I thought I could do them 1 at a time, but I had to pull more than one at a time off the coil. I'm sure I don't need to explain this to anyone who has ever changed them. Thanks for the help!

 

Well, now go out and enjoy the new power.

 

Could the misfiring be caused by the Crankshaft position sensor? Mine was Cylinder 1 now it says Cylinder 1 and 8.
