Default Miss Fire

Same problem. Runs rough, many codes, raw gas smell. New plugs, new wires, STI. Front 2 O2 sensors replaced. I have raw gas smell from exhaust. Pulled plug, raw gas on plug. All plugs are getting fire. Its seems to be getting way to much gas at all rpm's. Codes P1319, P1300, PO300, PO301,PO303, PO302, PO306, Po308. Does run, but runs to bad to drive Need help.

Did you replace your coil packs?

No i have not, does not look easy. So both coils went bad at the same time, is this normal.

I doubt it is your coil, that being said based on what you have done so far and the codes you now have, I am not sure what is wrong.

I have electrical back ground. Not sure what the problem is but way to much gas, Not sure if my spark is strong enough.

I had a few of those codes you posted, mine was fixed with new coils. Yours could be a different issue, I'm just explaining what solved my issue.

You don't have some many misfire codes pop up after a tune up and blame it on both coils failing.
Are you sure you anchored the plug wires to the coil down securily?

I had this same problem on my ex fiancee's camaro. It was shooting raw gas from the exhaust. I changed the cat twice all the O2 sensors, the MAF, plugs even the computer and never figured it out. It always through a Cat code which made sense because of all the fuel being sent through it. It has to be a sensor some place. I always wondered if one of the female connectors was bad or dirty. I thought about that after we parted ways. She traded it in and never told them about the problem. Can you test the female connections? I had changed both up and down stream O2's and thats what I was sure it was but I never checked to see if the reading was making its way back to the computer. I cant see like Mike said said both coil packs going bad, if both were bad all 8 would misfire. You are misfiring on 6 cylinders and your cat is drowning in fuel. So something is not sending the proper mixture info to the computer so its just dumping fuel. It has to be a bad connection but Im far from an expert. Did you trace the wires back looking for issues? Maybe some carb cleaner on the connectors??? Dont know if this will help but its my 2 cents.

Ahh I didn't realize he was having more than 4 misfires. Probably should have read it better.

Akumal when you put the plug wires on the coil did you feel them almost snap onto the coil? Might be a dumb question but are you sure you put the right plug wire on the proper coil? I only ask this because after I did mine I was having the same issue and Mike asked me if I had the right order so I took them off again and redid them and problem went away. I must have something crossed up. Not sue how you did yours but I did mine the blind way and left the intake on.
