Default Missing small vacuum hose, where to? 1994 disco

1994 Disco. No owners manual. I have Haines manual, but it doesn't show this, nor do the decals on the underside of the hood. There is a small nipple on the valve cover on the drivers side (USA model) that should have a hose on it, but where does this missing hose go? Standing at the front of the truck it would be on the back right on the right valve rocker cover top. Please note, I am not talking about the big crankcase vent hose on the left valve rocker cover.

Is it the hose from the v/c to the manifold, similar to what would be on the passenger side?

How small is it? If it's about a 1/16" and sticking up vertically off the intake manifold, that's for the vacuum advance on the distributor. (funnel-ish-shaped canister off the distributor)

NO, it is not that. I have that. This is a small nipple, about 1/16" sticking up from the top rear of the right side valve cover. (Right side, when standing in front of truck facing engine). I need to know what is suppposed to be connected to it.

If there is not another vent hose going to the manifold, then it it is the other half of the PCV hose set.
