Sorry if this has been covered before. I could not find it.

I would like to install some kind of MP3 player jack or plug so that it is hardwired into my truck. I do not want to use an FM transmitter or cassette adapter. My local sound shop only recommended a new head unit. I have heard of a device which goes in-line with the antenna wire. I also remember mention of hooking it into the CD changer somehow. Has anyone found a good solution?

anything that hooks into the antenna will be an FM transmitter. I have heard of someone wiring into his changer, but it disabled the changer...Just put the jack in the dash. I'll see if I can find the write up....
