Default Multiplug Removal

Two quick question on O2 sensor multiplugs...do the plugs have to be removed from the harness to come apart and do the plugs just slide apart or do I have do depress the little dimple/switch on the side? Any assistance will be greatly appreciated.

OK, so I got out 3 of the 4 oxygen sensors, but my passenger side front O2 sensor harness is melted together. It's not showing a P0134 or P0130 code, so I think my harness is still OK, just have to get it apart. All this just to change a crankshaft position sensor...figured if I was going to drop the front pipe, I might as well change the entire exhaust system while I'm at it. My Borla/Magnaflow exhaust has been sitting in my basement for a while, so I guess now's a good a time as any.
