Nice work, I'd pull it in a little bit, but that's just my opinion.
Your username is kind of coincidental because there's a company called Tactical Rovers that makes Rover winch bumpers.

Oh man, Ive been wanting to pick up welding as a hobby just for this reason. Thats one of the best ive seen. I like the lower profile on the sides
