My Land Rover, photographed in its natural habitat...
"knock on wood" "fingers crossed" I have never had the privilege of a tow, in this one.
that may be due to the parts hording bin, in the trunk. truck just realizes any effort to have me make that call is futile.

LOL,
To be honest, over the first 6 months I owned this truck I put 12,000 miles on it without a bit of trouble, but I guess it was saving up for now. The past 4 weeks it has traveled more miles on a flatbed than under its own power!

This time it's because of a hole that suddenly appeared in the middle of the radiator.
In fact, all of the problems it has had recently have involved a lack of "coolant retention". It has blown major coolant leaks randomly all over the system.
In order of appearance:
-throttle body plate
-upper T-junction hose
-heater core couplings
-radiator reservoir cap
-and now radiator itself.
Each time I have the entire cooling system checked out and they can never find anything else potentially wrong.... Until 6 hours or so after picking it up when I'm miles from home.

Gotcha, well I guess when it rains it pours, at least for me anyway...
Well maybe get it all straight and be good for a while!

Keep a spare one. Even if it's one of those rubber ones that expand with a wrench.
