interesting... would you be able to fit a steering guard with the way the bumper mounts with those torque plates? looks like it might have to be a custom job.

That looks like a nice bumper. How much did it cost you from AB? I have been searching for a winch for awhile too.
Here is the best deal I have come up with. I really want the Warn Power Plant with air but dont have the $1300 to lay down. So I settled for Smittybilt XRC-10 Comp with Synthetic line for $494. I figure a 10,000lbs winch can get me out of what I get into. I know you are supposed to double your curb weight but as a rule of thumb, I figure this should be a great starter winch for me.

Here is how I found it.

Discount code QUICK55 enter this once you add the winch to your cart in the coupon text box.

Smittybilt XRC10 with Synthetic Rope | Smittybuilt XRC10 Winch | Smittybilt XRC10 Winch | XRC10 | XRC10 Winch | XRC 10 | XRC 10 Winch | Smitty XRC10 | 98210

Smittybilt Part No. 98210 - XRC10 Winches

Free shipping with no tax in except in KS & PA.
I ordered mine Sunday I'll let you know how it goes. Website look reputable.
Better deal than I could find on Amazon or eBay and I am a big shopper on both sites.

I bought my warn from street side auto. It was delivered FAST. But I guess I'm only a few hours away.

Looks good! How are you able to take pictures along every step of some kind of upgrade process? If I tried to do that, my wife would be out one camera due to my frustration over some difficulty, and finding the camera solely to blame.

FYI. Street Side Auto drop ships from a lot of different locations across the country. Make sure you received all the bits and pieces you should have. I've bought parts from them in the past which have shown up incomplete, had them replaced, and found that the replacements were incomplete too.

They eventually made everything right, but it wasn't as easy as it should have been. (That said, I'd still buy from them again.)
