Ok I guess I'll roll around on my crappy michelins until I install the lift.
Justin might be coming down next weekend for our outing. ask him. he may just bring them down to the pines with him so you don't have to pay shipping. that is. if you are still coming.

I am running 275/65/r18 Duratracs, stock 18" wheels, on a 3" RTE lift. Had to buy wheel spacers, still get a little wheel rub if you crank it all the way to left or right. No problem on the articulation, did not have to trim anything.

Been really happy with the tires. Excellent in the snow and rain. Noise isn't bad at all either. (They are really solid and heavy)

Here are some pics of mine. Like I said, this is a with a 2" OME heavy duty lift with 275/65/18s. You can see the front bumper where I trimmed it just a smidge.

I plan on adding all the goodies like roof rack, steel front bumper/winch, and sliders and the heavy duty is what was recommended by most. It rides a tad stiff at the moment, but I don't mind at all, as it still rides much nicer than the completely shot stock shocks and worn springs and sls that I had before.

Hmm so maybe HD is the way to go for me, I won't be installing bumpers and sliders but I will tow with it. I don't mind a stiff spring

How come you needed spacers? Most everyone else is running this size with no spacer?

Btw does it articulate with no problem since you have spacers on?

Not sure how others are running without spacers and not getting any steering lock to lock rub. It wasn't noticeable in day to day driving, only in tighter situations. Given the sidewall on the tires it was a definite pop..pop..pop. So, I went with the spacer. The RTE radius arms are beefier (wider) than the stock, so maybe I picked up something there that others wouldn't. Not sure. No articulation problems with spacers that I have noticed so far.

The arms are probably the cause if they are larger than stock, I hope I won't be installing them for my 2" lift
