Not sure yet. Had to fly out @4:00 am yesterday morning. Flight back from Atl, in the morning. Testing this weekend

That was it! I drain the case and filled it up to the intended level. I took my girls to the drive-through zoo in Oklahoma today. 200 mile round trip. I am happy to report that there were no heating issues with the transfer case. Thank you for your help. I didn't really think that would be the problem.
Now if I can just figure out how to get the smell of ostrich slobber off of my dash and seats, all will be well.

Great result Dusty glad it all worked out. Ostrich slobber stench is but a small price to pay

Especially since the truck got sprayed by a big cat. It was impressive. Had to be a 20yd stream, from a puma. That would have been bad in the window. Luckily, he zeroed in on a rear quarter.

unfortunately, a lot of people think if they over fill something they are making it better, in most cases it is the exact opposite.

Yep. Now I get to reseal my case. Got the gaskets hot and now I have an overnight drip.
