Bought my LR last friday, yesturday, i threw a rod on the e-way and no one knows why.[sm=laughat.gif]

spent 5,600 on my purchase.

They seller told me, when i went through a 6 inch mud puddle, i sucked in mud somewhere and detroyed my engine.

What year is your trk? How many miles on it? Did you buy it from a dealer? Sounds like the seller knew that there was a problem and dumped the trk on you. Rovers dont just throw rods for no reason.

And a rover would never suck in mud in a 6 INCH "puddle" that is ridiculous.
I fell for you man.....

Hemmmmmm....What ?????

Thought my english could be problematic from time to time, but that's pretty bad. Would you mind just trying to write in shuch a way that we can actually understand at least a sentence in a paragraph ???? Just so we can at least get an idea of what you're talking about.

Mike ,Mike ,mike mike mike. Come on, behave now. I've seen you tell people to not respond or talk to newbies like that or 'get out' !!!!! for less than that.

Although I can definitely understand your frustration on this one, I think the question should have read'trailer park' and not 'state' or were you refering to state of mind ???
This isnt D-web, this kind of low class post doesnt belong here.

förlorare.

Rovers dont just throw rods for no reason.
Actually no motors throw rods for no reason. low oil, low coolant or generally over-stressing a motor will contribute to a thrown rod. Driving through a puddle of mud isn't going to do it. Now if you had no oil in the engine while driving through a puddle of mud...quite possible. If the engine was overheating while you were driving through a puddle of mud...quite possible. If somehow the RPM's were redline while driving through the puddle of mud...again, quite possible.
