It might be. I figured that it actually goes on the driver's side and plugs into the bottom of the intake manifold, near the throttle body. The hose seemed to want to bend towards the passenger side, which is what was throwing me off. All is well....

That appears to be the purge valve. Connects to the upper intake manifold on the other side of the engine.

Lol, I started my reply at 6:30PM, then my kids insisted on playing balloon volleyball using me as a net.
