Default Name/Identify these 2 parts - PHOTOS inside

Rebuilt engine is back in. Have these 2 parts left over from a box of parts that were removed at the dealer the previous owner took the truck to for overheating issues.

One looks like a heat shield of some sort, the other looks like a bracket for the wiring harness.

You have the heat shield for the engine mount. The other is the mounting bracket for the purge valve and SAI solenoid on the driver's side of the upper plenum.

The bracket goes on the Driver side of the Intake. It connects the Purge valve, Just a little right and down of the red arrow. The heat shield goes by the brake master cylinder.

Got the bracket installed, but can't get the heat shield on. Is it for the driver's or passenger side? Does it install from the top or bottom?

I couldn't figure out how it would go onto the brake master cylinder - I already saw one squarish heat shield near there.

And which harness connector goes into the round black plastic valve and which goes into the other squarish plastic valve? I have 1 black and 1 grey harness plug that can go into either one.

Thanks

heat shield is driver's side USA.
It is way down there. I think you need to take one of the bolts off via the wheel wheel.
Been a year since I did that.

The heat shield is removed to do head gaskets usually.

Thanks for confirming the side. I'll have to give it another shot today.

It looks to me like that heat shield is going to be a chore to put back.
