Question Need help again! Lol

Ok, i have an 01 d2. Purchased used, last owner installed the cdl linkage. Question i have is how do i know if he has disabled the traction control? I have wheeled it a bit now and have never noticed it work. I can floor it on ice or mud and it just spins. I am installing tru tracks and i have heard they work well with tc and cdl. Do i have to take it to a dealer and have them hook it up or is there something simple i can check?
Thanks in advance.

Are the lights ON on the dash? Like when you're off roading, is the TC light on?

You have to make sure your truck is on when you engage CDL to STILL have traction control.

I would think that is the answer. Mine will not spin freely in ice or mud. It makes that tell tale sound of Traction Control, and you immediately feel it.

You can not disable the traction control with out disabling the ABS and HD. As mentioned, if the lights are not on it is working and may be you need to learn how to drive the Disco so the ETC will work for you.
