Default Need help removing plastic trim around a/c & stereo

What's the best way to keep (Center Dash Panel) that goes around the A/C, clock & stereo from making noise. The top part of the plastic panel above the stereo and a/c vents makes noise when driving down the road. I figured out how to remove the dash & I'm thinking I might have to put felt our something like that around the inside. Anyone have a solution to keep it from rattling?

I've used Foam Rubber Tape for that. It comes in different thicknesses depending on the gap you have to work with. Sometimes double sided sticky works well too, all depends on the spot.
