Need ideas on timing chain problem
The front main seal looks a wee bit proud of where it should be. Doesn't look like your leak, but just noting that in case something else comes up down the road.
Is that a crack in the oil pump gear at 1 o'clock?

I'm sorry to say...but...you went about this all wrong. To find a leak...it's best to clean area and then run it. Not disassemble it.
The running issue could be tune-up related, check wires.

Man, I spent like 10 mins inspecting all the gears, it’s a brand new gear too.
honestly I tore it back down to make sure the timing was straight, second guessing myself but I feel good knowing it is now.😁

Well started back up and seems to be running good. There is a drip coming from behind the crank pulley, guessing the new parts and new oil are hopefully going to come together
