WARNING TO DRIVERThis vehicle has been modified to enhance off-road performance and has unique handling characteristics. Because of the higher center of gravity and/or larger tires and wheels, this vehicle has a higher risk of rollover, and handles and reacts differently than your stock vehicle, both on and off road. Extreme care should be taken to prevent vehicle rollover or loss of control which can result in serious injury or death. Avoid sudden sharp turns or abrupt maneuvers. Slow down. Be sure to get comfortable with your newly modified vehicle. Finally, be sure that you and your passengers use their seatbelts at all times - seatbelts save lives!
IMPORTANT MAINTENANCE INFORMATION It is the customer's sole responsibility to have all nuts and bolts re-checked for tightness and proper fitment within 10 days after delivery, and then every 3,000 miles thereafter. Please return your vehicle to any 4 Wheel Parts location so this can be done for you free of charge. This is critical for your safety and the safety of the people around you. Failure to do so can result in product malfunction which, in turn, can lead to serious injury or death. Also, wheel alignment and steering, suspension and driveline systems should be inspected by a qualified mechanic at least every 3,000 miles to ensure the safety of your vehicle.
OTHER TERMS AND CONDITIONS Customer and 4 Wheel Parts agree that all claims against the other relating to the purchase/provision of products or services shall be governed by the Federal Arbitration Act, be resolved in binding arbitration before the American Arbitration Association, and may only be brought in an individual capacity, and not as part of a class action. Customer may reject this arbitration clause by sending 4 Wheel Parts a rejection notice within 30 days of the date hereof.

975 labour that’s a bit much.
Its super easy to install the bumper. It’s literally 4 bolts
i wouid say 2 hours for removal and installation of bumper
and 2 hours for winch install
and I did it by myself

Ha, $2300 is approaching the book value of the truck!
Like redwhitekat said it’s 4 bolts to install the bumper. I put my ARB on in the driveway. The winch is just as easy. You could do this job between breakfast and lunch and save $1k.
As long as you are set on a premium ARB bumper I’d consider installing it myself and taking the money I saved on the install and spending it on a premium winch, a Warn M8000 looks pretty awesome tucked in an ARB.

I’m not the most mechanically inclined and I did the bumper myself. There are videos of how to remove the bumper also the workshop manual and just get someone to help or use a floor jack to position the bumper, you need to get the right drill bit I think it’s a 10mmx130mm and drill the holes and put the bolts in and you are done it’s super simple. I would never pay close to 1k for someone to do what I did in about an hour that’s highway robbery, if you want since I did the install like 2 weeks ago I can help with any questions you may have
It's super easy to install and even to remove the bumper... But $975 for the labor sounds about right... If you can't do it. It's done right and it's guaranteed versus you guessing if can do it or did it right...
let's say it takes 8 hour by the book, and it's $120 an hour(land rover dealer)...
I'd pay for it if you aren't comfortable doing it yourself.
I've been wrenching for 20 years, but I paid someone to do my spark plug, coil, valve gasket etc because it's a b#&$@. Choose your battle

Old bumper to take off maybe an hour if you're super slow so 120.00. Installing the new one is 4 bolts, and lining it up with say a bottle jack to keep it level while you secure it is maybe 30min so 60.00. At nearly 1k to install it I'd expect aux lights wired up, headlight washers installed, winch to be installed fully, and a 500.00 2inch lift installed (it'll certainly sag if OEM springs are still in place).

You drilled holes? Why? Mine bolted right up with zero modification to the bumper and frame.
