Default need some info about a 94 Discovery

Hi everyone, I'm new to Rovers, and I'm looking at buying a 94 Discovery, 146k miles, 5-spd, v8. Owner states it has a power steering leak and someone told me that they have issues with power steering leaks. Basically, I'm wondering what things I should be looking out for. I'm an ASE certified master tech, so I'm not new to vehicles, just wondering what issues these vehicles known issues are. Thanks in advance everyone!

Check all of the hoses first. Replace all of the clamps, and after that, you are looking at the steering box itsself. Might want to replace all of the ball joints, especially the one at the Pitman arm. I got mine with the drag link and track rod included from the dealer.... he made me a really good deal.

HEad gaskets are an issue. The engine is aluminum, alsong with the heads, so no overheating or you are done. Keep the fluids changed and they are great trucks.

You MUST use premium gas.
The ABS not working is a common one. Could be a wheel sensor or the modulator.
Sunroofs, door lock actuators, window regulators.
Cruise control not working, al of these are easy fixes.
