In Need of A Tranny Opinion w/vid

I Narrowed down my problem to a bad T-case. After getting it out and doing some other inspections (while looking for possible leak points - rear extension housing seal and gasket etc, ) I noticed that the splined shaft was rather loose. I don't know if this is normal or if this is the reason my t-case went???
First timer trying to get it all figured out so any input would be great!
