Default Need your help fellas........BAD!

Ok here's the deal, I just finished replacing the plugs and wires on my 99 D2 with 108K mi. Everything went smooth, but now when I go to start it, the lights flash as if I turned on the emergency lights and it won't start. It will crank fine, but it just won't start. This the first time this truck has ever done this so I'm freaking out here. Any ideas? I am 100 percent sure that I have the correct plugs and wires, and I know for sure they are all in the correct place. Any advice or help would be greatly appreciated

go to the auto parts store and buy a spark tester. The one I prefer looks like a spark plug with a clamp on it, they cost about $6. go home and test for spark. If you don't have spark you've either not put the wires on the coil packs correctly or you've damaged the coil packs somehow.

good call lipadj46. Are they that easy to set off on the rover? Most vehicles require an impact or sudden stop to set off the inertia switch.

It happened to me once when changing my plugs and it comes up here every now and again. I have no idea if we hit the switch by mistake or what.

Stupid question, Did you push your hazard button in trying to turn them off before and forget to click it again? Are you in limp home mode due to the misfires? Maybe hit the switch a few times for good measure.

On the misfires do you have the firing order diagram?
