Default New Aluminum cooling part!

So, we have been slowly developing parts for the D2 and after making the aluminum coolant tan and bleeder T, we have now decided to make the "4 way tube". We have seen numerous failures so figured it was time.

Wednesday morning we received the prototype around 10am. That same day our daughter calls and says she overheated and there is coolant on the ground. Sure enough, it was here 4 way tube!Installed the replacement and drove it for 2 days to test. After that gave it back to her. She decided to drive to LA, after 2 hours in traffic her head gasket blew. The first overheating was too much for the engine to bear!

Before you blow a head gasket, you should look into replacing all the plastic components in your cooling system.

Sorry, Photos are not loading. I will try later.

what's this, what's this, there's aluminum everywhere! What's this, what's this, my wallet is so bare.

Very interesting! Where does this go?

Just what I was looking for!! Please post when you have them for sale. My 4-way broke a couple months ago when I was replacing the thermostat so I got a new one but it is like you could read my mind with replacing all the plastic with metal. Looks awesome also!
