I'm with UP on those rings. That was the first thing I noticed. Since it's supposedly "custom", you might could get them mounted on the flatter area farther out, or get some Dixon/Bate type shackles instead.

 

I just took a look at their website. Products seem pretty well made. Prices are best I've seen anywhere. I would like to find at least someone who has one of these to get their feedback before ordering. The website says you can order the bumper with factory fog setup as well. Wonder if they're coming out with a rear bumper?

 

The fabricator posts on Dweb. There's a couple people on there with his stuff.
