I also know how to Improvise, Adapt and Overcome, so I can modify an existing bumper for my rig and it will work just as well as an ARB. It might not "look" as pretty but it will sue as hell get the job done.

Don't worry about that piece of junk cross member it is too weak to prevent any frame twisting. Consider running a fabbed up mount all the way done both sides of the frame or even doing what I did when I built my bumper, then you will have lots of support and no frame twisting even on hard diagonal pulls.

I just saw an XJ with this bumper this weekend and thought of your truck....I think I have a Rover-obsession
