My assumption on the P015 is that it is a P015X. These codes starting at P0150 through P0159 are O2 sensor code. Recheck it and post the actual code.

The P0300 is random misfire and the causes are numerous, so do a search on that.

The P1316 is due to heavy misfiring where raw fuel is dumping into the cats.

This tells me that your misfire is caused by your ignition system and not your intake or injections systems.

Ever replaced your O2's? They start to go bad at 80K. the 0150 is for the front passenger sensor, but if they have never been changed, do all 4 at the same time.

You are also probably looking at plugs and wires, when is the last time they were changed and what kind are you running?

+1 start at plugs and wires, then if you get the codes its cats time.

8mm magnecor wires from Apex Performance, cheapest on the net, and Bosch +4 Platinum plugs.

Get it tuned, have your local auto parts store do a free test of the battery/alternator to make sure this is not causing your flickering problem.
As for the 02's, D1 02's are not cheap, but if they are acting up, you need to replace them.

Make sure you get 8MM wires for it. Stock plugs will work, but the +4 plugs are proven best.
