1. Starts and idles fine.
2. When I accelerate no power RPMs do not go up until you feather the gas peddle.
3. can get it on the highway up to 70 but takes a long time getting there. No power
4.Check engine lights are p0135, p0134, p0154 and p0155 all four O2 sensors. But that should have nothing to do with acceleration right?

I did clean the throttle body housing with break cleaner when I put on the new Throttle body heater plate and I see that it has a sensor on it. Wondering if I killed that sensor.
Killing the Throttle Position sensor would do it. Napa has some.

Very well could be fuel pressure but the darn valve to test that is buried under the manifold... UGH :-( The issue just started after I worked on it so I was thinking that I did something to cause it. I would agree that fuel pump is going or filter and seeing it is in the pump.....

Air intake clogged?

vacuum leak?

throttle has full range?

does the flapper work as it should?

Sorry for not posting for a while but got really fed up with it. I have checked the fule, air and stuff and all good. I put a new TPS on and same issue. The tuck starts will idle for a little but when you push the accelerator down you have to "feather" it to get it to pick up RPMS. Does anyone know what LIMP HOME MODE IS? How do you fix. Was told that only the dealer can do that PLEASE HELP :-)

If you are in limp mode the M & S lights will flash green on the dash every single time. As well your Disco will be locked into drive no lower gears.

Start simple everything was fine then you removed the throttle body now you have a problem.

1st off brake cleaner is not what you use to clean these it eats all kinds of stuff, there is stuff made to clean a throttle body use that next time.
  • Start by checking everything around the throttle body no hoses undo no connectors undone
  • If you have SAI check the 3 vacuum hoses behind the throttle body
  • Remove the intake hose and move the cable assemblies is the plate moving smoothly
  • While you watch have someone press the accelerator down engine off - do the plate and cable move cleanly through the entire range.
  • Do the same engine on - yes it will be unhappy but do the rpms go up and down cleanly
  • Next check every single hose attached to the intake hose are they all secure no leaks
  • Hook everything back up same test press the accelerator in park do the RPM'S climb cleanly up to around 3500.

You didn't by chance hit the MAF sensor, in the air intake tube with the brake clean? I'd replace the MAF sensor, if it idles fine...but doesn't accelerate cleanly. The TPS is a sweep-style sensor, not really anyway to damage it with brake clean, plus, the sweep portion of the switch/sensor is inside the external housing mounted on throttle body, the butterfly shaft just rotates switch/sensor.
