The rear joint on the front shaft (double UJ) looks a little dry, but then they all do as they dont have grease fittings from new. If I was doing a 4000 mile trip, whether or not if the front shaft was worn, I would rebuild it for peace of mind. But thats just my opinion. Front shafts do fail, but theres a small element of "scare mongering" that goes on, but its a worthy bit of advice, they dont all fail.............
As far as your transfer box mount .............wtf happened there. It was either installed wrong (torqued up with no weight on it) the rubber section has failed completely, or its loose and turned.
The Front of the mount where it curves down should be inline / flush / against with the plate thats on the chassis.......at the VERY least , support the weight of the transfer box on a jack, undo the bottom nut and turn the mount clockwise so its in its correct orientation and the stud should be as close to the centre of the slot in the chassis plate as possible, then drop the weight of the jack and do it up again.......... if its stuffed, then tbh they are not expensive at all and take minutes to change.

If/when you do jack the t-case make sure that you put a block of wood between the t-case and the jack.
the t-case is aluminum and cannot be jacked on.
Yes, get the front drieshaft rebuilt before you go, you dont want to be stuck in the middle of know where Canada with no cell phone and 100 miles of walking just to get to a payphone.

You'll need 2 u-joints and a centering ball for the double cardan joint at the t-case. For the rest you'll just need 3 u-joints, one at the front diff and 2 for the rear shaft. I'm sure someone will chime in with the part numbers you need since I can't seem to find them. (In case you haven't noticed yet, the search function on the forum sucks. And it has been improved.)
