I recently purchased a drive shaft from Driveshaft Power Inc. in Florida. I found out about them via eBay. Click the link for more info on the drive shaft I purchased. I paid the $311 for it shipped to my door. What sold me on buying this over the more well-known competitors is the level of customer service and warranty. I spoke with the owner and he went into great detail about how the shafts are balanced, and that they often spend more time balancing them than they do building them. He also talked to me about the advantages of using an older balancing machine that allows the builder to touch the shaft during the balancing process. With the new machines, this level of interaction is not as simple and if the machine is out of calibration it can be difficult to tell if the shaft has been properly balanced.

So far, I couldn't be happier. A 2-year, no-questions-asked warranty is also hard to beat!
