1. Cut a hole in the grill...
Got a sheet of octagon perforated sheet metal. Cut to size and bend ends to fit. Powder coat then installed some small aluminum angle with pop rivets on the ends and 3M double side trim tape to help hold the honeycomb top and bottom. done
