Default New member introduction

Hello ya'll,
Name is Patrick Ford, I have a 2002 Disco II with about 85k and have owned it for a little over 5 years; I am the 2nd owner and do 'ALL' of my own work ( service and mods ). I had a 97 Range Rover but did not like all the 'bells and whistles' and the 'MIL' was always on for one thing or another, so when I saw Forrest (name of my Disco) for sale I bought it and sold the Range Rover.
My other vehicle is a 1999 Porsche Carrera; it has about 74k and I have owned it for about 4 years; I also do 'ALL' my own work on Axel. As soon as I find out how, I will post some pictures.
I live in a small town about 100 miles do-South of St. Louis, called Cape Girardeau, Missouri; I retired last August and about the only thing I do now is play with and on my Vehicles.
I also belong to the "LRRForms" but do not get many answers to any questions I may have there, so I am hopping to be of help and get some help from this group. I will look through all the post and see if there might be anything I can help with.
C'ya,

Welcome Patrick. Love the names, my 02 Disco is Molly and my wife,s 01 SE is Emma. There is so much knowledge here and I'm sure you will enjoy the experience. I have. I live in San Antonio and for the first time this morning I was able to test Molly out as we got about a half inch of inch and then about a half inch of snow on top of that. Does not happen here often. And all I can say is even with out CDL my 02 was incredible. Out and about and helping others as I could. Even had trouble making the TC come on. My Cooper Discoverer ATR's did great. It was truly fun. Again welcome.

Thanks for warm welcome. I am going to try and post a couple pictures so you can see my Forrest and on of Axel.
1st is 2006-Forrest at the edge of the Mississippi River just before we went to play in the snow.
2nd is 2009-Forrest after taking wife to work. not to many vehicles out on a day like this.
3rd is Forrest during the Summer.
4th is Axel .ie my toy.
Hope this gives ya'll a little glimps of my Forrest.
