well today i got a 96 land over discovery as my first car today and it did not come with a manual :/ and i was wondering how to work the six disc cd changer. its a pioneer one. but how to i change it to cd mode on the deck/reciever. and how to i change tracks and stuff. i thought it would be self explanatory but its not really lol.

do yourself a big favor and go to ebay and buy one of the RAVE Cd's (around $5). This has the workshop and owners manual on it.
if you're going to try to do stuff on this truck, this is INvaluable!
On my CD changer - on the radio face, I think it said "mode". Try that button to toggle from FM to AM to CD.

haha i figured it all out. i had the cd's in wrong so it wouldnt read the discs and i thought i was doing it all wrong but its all good now.

yeah. I did that, too when I first tried mine.
Glad you got it figured out.

I'd still try to find that RAVE CD - you're gonna need it someday.... lots of good info in it.
