Default New roof

So I am looking to buy a 2003 disco 2 but the only thing holding me back is the roof damage, car was flipped on it’s top and it only suffered a smashed roof (engine and all other parts are still functional and in good condition) was wondering how easy it was to get my hands on a new roof or if I should just pass

Pick it up as a parts truck. Find a good body bad motor one and go nuts.

x2 on swap the body. Lots of clean bodies with blown mechanicals. Id rather pull teeth than swap another roof.

Where are you located? Obtaining the roof should not be a problem from a u-pull-it yard near you if there is one. Cut it off with a sawzall or other battery powered saw, weld on the new one. Much faster and cheaper than the body swap. You would then have to pay someone to weld in on your truck. You might want to get a body shop quote for the work first.
