I really like them. There are a few Disco IIs in my town but none of them have those wheels. None of them have the 18's for that matter. I think they look stunning on my black DII.

I've been running AT-2's for over three years now (>52,000 miles) and have no regrets at all. Tread wear has been excellent and wouldn't surprise me if I get another 30,000 miles out of them.

Wow - those are nice for that price, though. I thought of going Tirerack also, but I didn't like the idea of having to ship my tires to them for replacement (with optional Road Hazzard Warranty.) Then having to wait for them to approve it and then ship back. I bought a Road Hazzard Warranty at the shop that covers me with roadside assistance should something happen to the tire. In other words, no waiting.

However, that "convenience" didn't come without a price (as I'm sure you saw, as well.) I paid $58 more per tire vs Tirerack. I also paid $13.06 more per tire for the Road Hazzard Warranty. But, again, that includes 12K or 12months (whichever is longer) Roadside Assistance *and* the ability to go to any participating shop nationwide to have them replaced. With Tirerack, you have to pay for shipping the tire back to them and then wait till they approve the replacement.

Balancing/mounting with new valve stems was average ($19.05/tire.)

In the end, you choose what's best for you. But be aware that what may seem like a deal *upfront* may not turn out to be such a savings in the long run.

You make a good point. But I just figured I'd order a set of tires, have them shipped to me, and then have WalMart install them for a cool $20.
