I resolved about 10 years ago not to make new years resolutions. And I've stuck to it.

I ran cross country in high school and in college and I'd like to get back in running shape. about 6 min per mile for 6 miles would be nice....ah those were the days.

My Rover does a 6 minute mile with no problem and can go a lot more than 6 miles. That's good enough for me.

yeah i was nationally ranked in the 800m when i was in school.

once i won a title i mentally shut running out of my life. i have tried to get back into it just as a way to stay in shape. but some how i just cant. but i think if i can fit it into my day for 45min and do it for a solid month i might make a habit outta it.

To do all that crap I've been planning on doing but "haven't gotten around to." Oh and not to do a half-*** job at anything anymore
