Default newbie needs amigo help

Ok to start off I have a 2000 disco and since I have owned it the amigos have been on. This week I got access to a abs amigo and it said I had a shuttle valve failure so I decided to do the shuttle fix, and then the amigos went away and hill decent started working but it wont last, it kicks out until I reset it with the amigo and also it says there is no faults now when read.Any suggestions, and I wanted to say thanks to all on this forum I have learned so much from you guys, thanks again Brent

Go to the top of this section and read Josh's entire ABS fix sticky. Did you do a full 3 to 4 pint DOT4 flush, did you repair the ground connection and as already mention, what kit did you use, was it from Falcon works and included new seals, Oh and are your brakes squeaking at all?

Sorry for the slow response. I did the option B fix and what I'm saying about it kicks out is when I hook the ABS amigo to reset everything it all starts to work but only for a short time and I know I should have, but I haven't done the DOT flush but my brakes are great could this be my problem? thanks for the help guys. Brent

Burned brake fluid, besides giving you a weak/soft brake pedal, eats up anything rubber including the inner seals that then leak fluid onto the shuttle valve connections and takes them out.
Who's kit did you install and did you replace the o-rings and seals?

I didn't install any kit or replace any o-rings I guess i'm gonna have to do this twice, should have done it right the first time. I will try a new kit and change fluid now. Thanks Disco Mike for the help.I will repost the results

Just one more question guys,if the relay under the hood that goes to the air suspension is not there would this cause no power to the slabs unit and could this cause a problem? I have swapped to coils but havent had the light turned off so I pulled the relay so no power to the bad compressor. Thanks again guys
