Default No more Pizza...

This is what happens to your Disco when a pizza delivery guy in a '96 mercedes decides to cut you off in the middle of an intercetion. The first thing that came to mind was damnit to hell this guy just F#$%ed up my Rig, is that wrong? He left in an ambulance (car on roll back, no serious injuries) andI drove away, minus left front headlight and washerfluid!

Bottom line isI just put the lights on the top (night before) and was going to get them wired up this weekend, but that is on hold until the insurance adjuster does his estimate. Cant wait to see how much his insurance company will pay.
Just thought yall would like to see how the whole rig heldup in a pretty firm crunch.

ROSS

PS from looking at the pictures can anyone give a random guess to how much?? im thinking $8k-$9

I cannot tell too much from the pictures but I am thinking maybe mroe like $3K. It would be 8-9 if he woudl have meesed up the frame or at least a couple of fenders, and in that case I think they would total it out. Good luck making sure his insurance company pays.

That sucks dude. I had a Mustang go full throttle in reverse out his parking space at Advanced Auto a while back. Hit my bumper in the same place. Ripped the back fascia and taillight off of his car and dented his back quarter panel, luckily I had my ARB. It didn't even scratch the powdercoating.

If the fender's not damaged you might get 3k ... On my '99 afriend in a company vehicle froma big corporation actually backed into my front end(we were at his parents, and their neighbor's house caught fire)..it just damaged the bumper and headlight trim... only got about $1500 for it.. good time to upgrade bumpers though... That's wheremytjm came from..

ARB > All

I wouldn't trade it for any other bumper on the market for Land Rovers, that's for sure. I've pulled the truck sideways with the winch, almost lifted the front tires off of the ground with the winch, had a Mustang hit me, hit a dumpster floating toward me in flood waters slightly over my hood, buried it in dirt and mud, etc....
