Default O2 sensor code

I installed a Bluetooth sensor and ran the code it came up with a O2 sensor code shows up as sensor circuit (bank 2 sensor1) the fault code is po150. with the blue tooth I can show voltage on the sensor and it show 3 of the 4 with voltage one does not but is listed as 02 2x3 is this the same sensor I attached picture of voltage from screen shot while running. And if you could tell me which sensor it is on or where it is left right front or back thanks for help.

Replace both front 02's, making sure to clean the connection of any grease or oil, might use some die electric and you will be set.
