Please update when you have time as I have the same codes and am curious if you were able to solve the issue.

 

So far car started to run normally without any interference. I am blaming misfire to cold temperature. It was misfiring mostly in the cold days, after 10 minutes of drive on uphill and on slight load. I got wires and plugs, but will wait for some time and observe what will happen.
