Unhappy O2 Sensor Replacement - HELP!

Engine was running rough - Did an OBD scan and got a bad O2 Sensor - Parked the rover in the driveway let it cool off for an hour. Came out sprayed a hose into the engine to help cool it off - Crawled underneath and replaced all four oxygen sensors that I purchased from roverparts.com -

Once installation of the new sensors were in I went to start the car and it turns once and then stops - Battery is charged I went down and made sure all connections where snug - And they Are --

Any Thoughts, Was it due to the water?

You sprayed "into" the engine? Could you elaborate on how you did this please. That is not a good thing
