Just bought all 4 for a little over $200 on Amazon. Pretty good deal for Bosch brand.

It's NTK O2s for me, they just perform with zero issues.

I got 4 Walker brand O2s for $165ish
Several members here had recomended them, for working correctly and only being $40 something each.
I have read alot here on Bosch failures too.

Bought 2 from RockAuto.com and 2 from eBay for ~~ $18 each. All work fine.

If I remember right, 2 were Walkers and 2 were generic.

Bosch was what they came with off the factory floor. I've used them as I can get them locally. I've yet to have a dead one out of the box. I always reset my adaptive settings and they've performed fine. Nothing wrong with NTK as I think they came stock on D1's. I've heard good stuff on Walker units as well.
