Default OBD II code P0104

Good day,
just got my "check engine" light and the code reads:
P0104 (Mass Airflow sensor is incomplete)
After a quick check of previous forum posts, I want to ensure I am changing out the correct part.
Do I only change out LR Part# ERR-7171 ?? and/or the plug that attaches to it?
(I have checked the wires of this plug and they all look good)
I have also seen the part also listed as a "MAF meter" and just wanted to ensure I have the right part.

Regardless, I will continue to follow Disco Mike's advise and get a BOSH!
Thanks in advance for your help!

Thanks for your replay.
I am in Norfolk, Virginia.
Long story:
The issue started yesterday, I had the A/C running and was on the highway going about 60. I hit the gas to pass a car and felt like the truck "bogged down" for a quick second before it accelerated. I had no further issues on the way home(about 10 miles) I noticed the "C.E. Light" later that night when I went out to run a errand. Today, the truck feels a bit "sluggish" from about 5-20 mph, but drives like normal at 20+mph. I got my code read at AutoZone and the guy did not 'clear it", I don't know if it makes a big difference, but I am on my way back up there to have it re-set.

New Code...
So AutoZone would not clear my codes. BUT today's reading added P1884.
The print out lists:
Engine coolant level lamp circuit short to ground
Transmission transfer case disengaged solenoid short to ground
I did a general web search and found one post that notes this code as an error
Can anyone provide any details?

Again thanks in advance
