OBDII codes from: 00 Disco II...Help
Took it to Advance Auto this morning and had the codes scanned.
Now the reason why I brought it in to get it scanned because the "Service Engine Light" came on. No flashing just straight up turned on.
I did notice our Disco (80K miles) is struggling and hesitating when I am around 60-70mph on the highway on a uphill. Other than that everything else seems to be ok.
Here are the results.
P0734: Gear Ratio 4 Incorrect
P0733: Gear Ratio 3 Incorrect
P1175: Manufacturer Contrl. Fuel Air Metering
P0172: Manufacturer Contrl. Fuel Air Metering
P0174: System Too Lean (Bank 2)
P0171: System Too Lean (Bank 1)
I had them erased the codes and the "Service Engine Light" is now gone. But I am sure the problem is not fixed and would like to get some feedback so I can get it resolved soon.
Any feedback would be much appreciated. Thanks.

It will be back, you have all the usuall codes for a bad MAF, Mass Air Flow Meter.
This is the device that is hooked into the air hose between the air filter and the throttle body.
When it is acting up, the tranny will have some shifting related problems, MPG will drop, exhaust may smell, loss of power, pretty much everything you have mentioned.
On line is the best place to buy one, Rover Connection, British Atlantic are good places for prices around$136.
If it comes on again, order on, takes 5 minutes to install then go have you codes cleared.

All other codes gone. Just one left. P0101
Now the Disco stalles at a red light when idling (just occasionally). Never had this problem before. Idle problem probably? What is the normal idle on our Disco II?
Any info would be much appreciated. Thanks.

You guys are awesome! I found one of the clamps lose. I must of forgot to tighten it up when I installed the new MAF. Just did a rescan and ZERO codes.
Hopefully this is it. Thank you.

After driving it today for about 100 miles. It stalled again and the check engine light came back on. Was able to drive it back home.
Here are the codes:
P1884
P0102
What else can I check. I just replaced the MAF with a new one. I did touch and move the connector wires around and it stalled while idling in my garage. Not sure if its a bad connector wire.
I then let the truck idle without the connector connected to the MAF and it didn't stall. I am now confused.
Any other suggestions?
Where exactly is that o-ring?
