Default OBDII- no connection

2003 D2. Hooked up my Autologic and nothing.

Checked all the under dash fuses and used my test light, no power at the wires.

Any suggestions?

Forgot to mention that I checked both those fuse locations.

I guess I'll need to pull up the diagram.

I really need to get a crash course in automotive electrical if I'm going to keep doing this.

I have read the interior fuse box can go bad, but don't know if the circuit that malfunctions has to do with the diagnostic connector. Good luck, I hate electrical troubleshooting. Will be interesting to see what you find.
