Default Odd issue after replacing shuttle valves

I replaced the shuttle valves about a month ago. After replacing them the 3 amigos were gone..for a while. Then they came back. I have discovered when starting the rover if I pause the ignition switch in the number 2 position for a few seconds before starting the 3 amigos do not come on. However if I start the rover without pausing then the 3 amigos show up. Has anybody else encountered this issue after replacing the shuttle valves?

I was getting a faulty shuttle valve code before replacing them. I'm not sure what the code is now. I need to go get them checked.
